The Diggerland USA Touch-A-Truck fan-favorite FREE event opens our parking lot up to a variety of vendors who show off some of the coolest heavy machines, EMS vehicles, police cars, motorcycles, fire trucks, and more. Parking at Diggerland USA is free so pack the family in the car and join us 9 a.m. until Noon. Make a fun-filled day trip out of it and get tickets to drive real machines in our theme park afterward.

TYPICAL VEHICLES AT TOUCH-A-TRUCK

Every year we have a variety of the coolest, biggest and baddest vehicles visit Diggerland for this event.

BIG TRUCKS

Check out some really huge tow trucks, big rigs, dump trucks, cranes, flatbeds and more. Most vendors open engine bays and even allow the children to sit inside them.

HEAVY MACHINES

Touch-A-Truck sports some amazing and unique construction vehicles like fully electric excavators, backhoes, cement mixers lifts and more. There are booths with tons of information about them and plenty of family photo opportunities.

EMS

View the inside of a real emergency vehicle like the Diggerland USA ambulance and talk with EMS professionals who transport patients. Touch-A-Truck is a great learning experience for the entire family.

FIRE TRUCKS

Local firefighters love to bring out these massive fire trucks to the Touch-A-Truck to spread the word on fire safety. Check out pump trucks, ladder trucks and even our antique Diggerland firetruck.

VENDORS

Local vendors offer plenty of information, giveaways and more. We’ve hosted animal adopton centers, petting zoos and vendors offering samples. There is so much to see and do at the free Touch-A-Truck.

POLICE VEHICLES

Local police make a visit to Touch-A-Truck brining some cool concept vehicles the kids can sit in, motorcycles, heavy armour transportation and you might even see K-9 officers with their furry partners.

  • Diggerland USA is the only construction theme & water park in the U.S. where families and children can drive, ride and operate real machines in our gated theme park.
  • This FREE event takes place in the parking lot of Diggerland USA, located at 100 Pinedge Drive, West Berlin, NJ off of Cooper Road and 20 miles from Philadelphia.

DRIVE, RIDE OPERATE AT DIGGERLAND

After visiting the Touch-A-Truck, families can operate these machines and more:

SPIN DIZZY

Are you brave enough to conquer the Spin Dizzy? The specially designed, twelve ton, high torque JCB JS220 will give adrenaline junkies just the fix they need as it lifts and spins you. Strap in and hold on!

BIG DIGGERS

Learn to operate a real digger! Weighing in at a whopping 7,092 pounds, and with a powerful 26.8hp engine, kids can dig until their hearts are content on the JCB 8030/8029’s. This supervised attraction offers family-friendly machinery and the chance to DIG!

RUGGED RIDERS

Ride or drive the comfortable and versatile off-road Kubota RTV-900. Weighing almost 2,000 lbs and with 21.6 HP, the ease of using the Rugged Riders might surprise you.

CRAZY CRANES

Experience what it’s like to use a tower crane without being 250 feet in the air. Custom built to allow children and families to safely operate a real crane arm to pick up and move shapes with joystick controls.

Diggerland USA organizes the Touch-A-Truck event annually and has several different vendors and participants each year.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Rides & attractions at Diggerland USA ARE NOT restricted based on age of the operator.

HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Rides & attractions at Diggerland USA ARE restricted based on operator height.

  • All rides have height restrictions, which you can find at our Rides & Attractions page. Please visit this page to view specific ride height and weight requirements PRIOR to your visit.
  • Diggerland USA is appropriate for children who are at least 36 inches tall. Children under 36″ tall are free to enter the park for a limited number of attractions.
  • All children must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian throughout the theme & water park.
