BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Our birthday party package and pavilion eating area can accommodate 10-30 guests maximum (combination of children and adults). If you’d like to host a larger event, please see Family Events, call (856) 809-4217 or email sales@diggerlandusa.com for our event team.

Each party includes 10 guests, party child and two party parents of any combination of adults and children.

The Birthday Party Packages include admissions for the party child, two party parents and 10 guests. Additional guests can be added at an additional cost up to 30 guests maximum. Non-participating Seniors over 65 years of age with identification are complimentary and/or children under 36″ tall are free for the party and do not count towards the total package attendance after the 10 guest minimum is met. Seniors and children under 36” tall above the 10 guest base package are complimentary and additional food items can be added on for them.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed into the park except for one clear, unopened bottle of water per guest, cupcakes, or cake if you are celebrating a birthday. Other exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for baby food, food allergies and medical purposes.

Baby food in its original container and baby formula in its original container or in a typical baby bottle may be brought in. Please present these items for inspection at the admission booth / security check.

Individuals with food allergies may bring in for themselves a small meal or snack (of products not sold in the park). Please present a doctor’s note stating the allergy and permitted food at the admission booth / security check.

Individuals with medical, dietary or nutritional requirements may bring in for themselves their necessary food and beverage products (of products not sold in the park). Please present a doctor’s note stating this requirement at the admission booth / security check.

Please contact Guest Services in advance of arrival with questions about whether you may bring in any medically-necessary or other special dietary food or beverage.

In all cases:

– Exceptions will not be made for food or beverage requirements based on ethnic or religious beliefs.

– Peanuts or peanut products are prohibited.

– Glass containers are prohibited.

– All outside food must be in plastic containers

Yes, you can bring in your own paper products for your party. Any other decorations must be approved by Diggerland USA prior to party. We do NOT fill balloons onsite. We do not permit anything to be hung on walls or from the ceiling. The following items are not permitted: glitter, piñatas, sparklers, sparkler candles, live animals, tinsel, confetti, and silly string.

If you or a guest arrives late for a party it will continue as scheduled. We will not start the party without the party child and party parent present, however, we will need to shorten several party features depending on how late the event has started. If a guest arrives late they can proceed to Party Booth and we will direct the guests where to meet the party inside.

Children under 36″ tall are free for the party and do not count towards the total package attendance. However, they will not receive food or items included in the party package. These items may be added on.

If the birthday child is under 36″ tall, they will receive all items included in the package unless otherwise stated by the birthday parent.
